👋 Hi, I’m Lennix (they/he).

Since 2007, I’ve been helping young people & their families figure out “what’s next?”

From college lists, applications, and essays to gap years, apprenticeships, or something totally different — I offer affirming, strategic guidance to help you get wherever you’re headed.

  • The college process should not make you cry.

  • Smart doesn’t always show up on a transcript.

  • There’s no single path.

  • Every student deserves honest support, not pressure or panic.

  • Access matters. So does rest. So does joy.

What I Believe

Who I love working with

I work best with students who are smart, sensitive, curious, overwhelmed, or totally unsure what comes next—and especially with queer, trans, neurodivergent, artsy, activist, or outside-the-box thinkers. I also love working with parents who want to support their kid without pushing them too hard (or panicking).

  • Neurodivergent students (and parents!)

  • LGBTQ+ teens & families

  • BIPOC and/or 1st gen & other historically excluded identities

  • Creative, curious, or “I hate school but I still want to do something cool” types

  • Yes! I can help with every part of the process: building a school list, figuring out what to write, editing essays, keeping track of deadlines, and making sure students feel proud of what they submit. Whether it’s for college, transfer, or grad school, I’m here to make it less stressful and more aligned.

  • That’s totally okay. I don’t believe there’s one right path for everyone. I help students explore their options—including gap years, creative or career-based routes, community college, and other alternatives—without judgment or pressure.

  • • I bring real expertise — nearly 20 years guiding students and families, as a director of college counseling and admissions expert. This isn’t a side hustle or a quick pivot from a short stint in admissions.

    • I specialize in students who often get overlooked: LGBTQ+ teens, neurodivergent learners, first-gen families, kids navigating mental health challenges, and those on creative or unconventional paths.

    • My process is student centered and outcome-based, not just billed by the hour. You’re investing in your student having a thoughtful list, standout essays, a clear plan, and feeling less scared and more seen.

    • The right strategy can lead to tens of thousands in scholarships — and more importantly, help your student land somewhere they’ll actually thrive.
